This session will focus on the basic terms, uses and pitfalls of a typical “next equity” convertible note. In additional to the typical terms and features of convertible notes, we will discuss the various considerations that factor into a decision as to when convertible notes are appropriate and when other structures, such as angel style preferred stock, would be a better alternative.
Sessions are scheduled over a casual lunch in an intimate setting where the entrepreneurs can connect with peers. The series features speakers covering topics addressing challenges that entrepreneurs face.
Guests may attend one ZINOpreneur session prior to becoming a ZINOpreneur. Membership is required for sessions beyond that.
