Investor Roundtable Member
Investor Roundtable Membership* per annum $2,500/person $4,000/couple:
ZINO Society’s premier membership is for individuals that qualify as accredited investors as defined by the SEC and are interested in access to investment opportunities. All types of pre-screened investment opportunities are presented including technology, life sciences and consumer products and services industries. Seattle Chapter membership is comprised of angel investors, business and community leaders, venture capitalists, and corporate/institutional investors. The Roundtable membership fee covers the event cost of regularly scheduled Roundtable Investment Meetings (8/year) and provides reduced cost priority access to all other special roundtable or social events.

• Access to High-Quality Investments: ZINO Society provides investors with a broad range of investment opportunities and access to elite entrepreneurs in technology, life sciences and consumer products and services industries.
• zInvestor Connector: A program managed by ZINO Society which enables our eligible members to invest in presenting companies through use of a pooled investment vehicle. The use of a special purpose entity (i.e., a specially formed limited liability company) will allow eligible members to invest in presenting companies in smaller dollar amounts than the minimum unit size requested by presenting companies by pooling their investment dollars.
• Carefully Screened and Coached Early Stage Companies: All presenting entrepreneurs have gone through our exceptional Screening Board and Coaching Board to provide high quality dealflow to our members.
• A Network of Peers: ZINO Society’s membership is comprised of decision makers, who are actively involved in the business community as well as sit on the boards of prominent charitable organizations.
• zInvestor Education Series: Regularly scheduled education events designed for the continuing education of the veteran investor and the first time angel.
• A Chance to Give Back: ZINO Society’s zAngels Among Angels program, provides investors an opportunity to designate a portion of their investments to help grow their charity of choice and the local economy.
• Priority Access to All ZINO Society Events: Investor Roundtable members enjoy all the benefits of a social member as well as a Roundtable member. ZINO Society offers over 35 events a year including Roundtable Investment Meetings, ZINO Zips, ZINO Zillionaire Investment Forum, unique social events, zInvestor Education Series, ZINOpreneur Education Series and Master of Wine Education Series.

*Please note that Investor Roundtable Members may add their spouse or partner as a Social Member at a reduced price of an additional $150 per annum.

There are two options for membership payment: 1) a one time payment of $2500 or 2) Flex Pay - ZINO Society will charge your credit card $250.00 per month for twelve months. (Please note the Flex Pay option is fixed and non-cancellable.)
