But that doesn't mean its 225-some members haven't been around the investing block a few times. "Some of our members are very sophisticated, and have invested before," said Cathi Hatch, president and CEO. She and three colleagues founded ZINO in Sept. 2005 with a mission to combine wine, fine food and emerging company investor presentations. A basic roundtable event eventually spawned into a slew of other events.
