This is the CPS Parking Garage; 721 1ST AVE, SEATTLE Please note while there is a parking garage located in the Norton Building, this garage closes early (6:30 pm on weekdays) and is quite small and often fills up very early in the day. Additionally, due to its size and location can be one of the more expensive garages in the area. The CPS garage is a great alternative and is a short one block walk to the Harbor Club which is located in The Norton Building. The directions above will take you to this garage. Entrances to The Harbor Club are located on both 1st Avenue and 2nd Avenue. Walking Directions from CPS Parking Garage to Harbor Club Seattle 1. Start at the CPS Garage/US Bank going north (Left) toward COLUMBIA ST 2. Cross COLUMBIA ST and 1st Avenue heading North one-half a block 3. Walk past the Norton Building Garage 4. The Door immediately past the Norton Building Garage is the lobby door to the Norton Building. Enter this door and proceed up the escalator. Once at the main lobby level you will find the elevator to the 17th floor on the other side of the security desk. 5. In the event you require an elevator, rather than the escalator, you may use the elevator located within the Norton Building Garage or enter the building through 2nd Avenue which is one block due east of the 1st Avenue Entrance.
