ZINO Society presents the 4th Annual ZINO Life Investment Forum on Friday, June 15th from 8:00 am-noon, Bellevue City Hall.
The forum will feature 10 seed, early-stage and expansion life science companies in the areas of medical devices, diagnostics and healthcare IT. Each company is subject to screening and coaching from ZINO Society’s coaching board prior to presentation. This year ZINO Society will be reaching out to the Life Sciences Discovery Fund grantees to participate in a designated flight of LSDF funded companies.
ZINO Society coaches, screens, mentors and facilitates funding for companies in all investment sectors throughout the year while the ZINO Life Investment Forum is dedicated to advancing medical device, diagnostic and healthcare IT companies.
The forum will be attended by angel investors, VCs, entrepreneurs and industry leaders.
ZINO Annual Angel Investment Fund Allocation
The 2012 ZINO Annual Angel Investment Fund is comprised of ZINO Society accredited investor members. Fund Investors will select four fund finalists from the presenting companies, to be announced at the event’s conclusion. Fund Finalists enter a period of discovery and due diligence by Fund Investors. After due diligence is completed, one company will receive an allocation from the fund. The allocation amount will be a minimum of $25,000 and the final allocation amount will be determined by the Fund Investors.
