SOLD OUT Sommelier Jake Kosseff, GinSing (Wild Ginger, Wild Ginger at The Bravern and The Triple Door) wine director and 2006 Best Young Sommelier in America has chosen five of the quintessential Washington State Italian-style wines and will lead us through a tasting of the first four vintages of Saggi, ending with a pre-release tasting of the 2007 vintage. The tasting will be rounded out with Italian sparklers from The Capital Grille's cellar. Together with chef Paul Vigil, they have created a pleasurable palette of fine wines and hearty bites inspired by the Italians passion for food and wine that is sure to have you sighing “Amore...”
