You certify that you are of sufficient legal age to use this Site and to create legally binding obligations for any liability you may incur as a result of the use of the Site. You may not submit any materials to this Site unless you indicate your assent to these Terms and Conditions - which ZINO Society may change at any time in its sole discretion.

1. At any time, ZINO Society may, in its sole and absolute discretion, reject a site user's application for further consideration.

2. ZINO Society does not and cannot control the truth or accuracy of submissions to the Site. We reserve the right to confirm basic facts regarding site user Information and Sponsor postings but we disclaim any obligation to do so and any responsibility for the scope or accuracy of any review we may undertake.

ZINO Society MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY OF THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON THIS SITE FOR ANY PURPOSE. Indemnification

The site users shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless ZINO Society and any of its parent, successor or affiliated entities, including Sponsors, its third party providers and distributors from and against any losses, liabilities, costs and expenses (including, without limitation, attorneys' fees) arising from any claim brought by or on the site user's behalf or by third parties as a result of the site user's use of this Site, any violation of these Terms and Conditions, any applicable securities laws or regulations, or any third party rights, including, without limitation, infringement of copyright or patent, violation of any other proprietary right, or invasion of any privacy rights.

Notices

Any notices required by these Terms and Conditions or pursuant to the services offered via the Site shall be sent, if to ZINO Society, to info@zinosociety.com and if to the site user, to the email address you provide to ZINO Society during the registration process. Notice shall be deemed received 24 hours after each e-mail is sent, unless the sending party receives a message indicating that the e-mail address is invalid.

General

1. No site user may assign, convey, subcontract or delegate his/her rights, duties or obligations hereunder.

2. These Terms and Conditions shall be deemed severable. In the event that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is determined to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision shall nonetheless be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any of the remaining provisions.

3. The failure of ZINO Society to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions will not be a waiver of our right to subsequent enforcement of the provision or any other provision of the Agreement.

4. These Terms and Conditions and your relationship with ZINO Society shall be confidential and governed in all respects by the internal laws of the State of Washington, without regard to principles regarding conflicts of laws which would require or permit the application of the laws of another jurisdiction. Disclosure of the terms and agreements to third parties requires that both parties consent to in writing. All disputes and claims arising out of these Terms and Conditions and your use of the Site shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction within the State of Washington.

These Terms and Conditions constitutes the entire agreement between ZINO Society and site user with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior discussions, documents, agreements and prior course of dealing, and may not be modified except by a written agreement between both parties.

ZINO Society believes that you should control the dissemination of the personally identifiable information that you provide when using the ZINO Society website. Please review this privacy policy carefully and periodically, as your use of this Site constitutes your agreement to these terms.

What personally identifiable information is collected on this Site?

When you register with ZINO Society as a Candidate we collect your name, address, email address, and other information.

How is my personally identifiable information used?

We use the personally identifiable information submitted on our registration forms to send you information about ZINO Society and its site features and offers via email (only if you have opted to receive these types of communications), to send you advertising and job information from selected ZINO Society advertisers and sponsors (only if you have opted to receive these types of communications) and to ensure that we comply with applicable laws. We use the personally identifiable information to aid in the process of evaluating candidates.

We may also aggregate the information we collect to develop certain summary reports for our partners. We do not reveal personally identifiable information or disclose specifically who saw or clicked on their advertisements or other links.

Who has access to my personally identifiable information?

Only ZINO Society and its network of partners have access to your personally identifiable information. ZINO Society works hard to ensure that your information is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed secure. While we take steps to protect your personally identifiable information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us or from the Site, and you use the Site at your own risk.

What levels of security are used to protect my identity and ideas?

ZINO Society has taken numerous steps to insure that site users and sponsors have a high level of security:

What personally identifiable information is disclosed to third parties?

ZINO Society does not disclose your personally identifiable information to any third party.

Business Information. All business plans, contracts, memoranda and conversations between ZINO Society and its customers are considered confidential information, and subject therefore, to our Confidential Disclosure Agreement, included below. Neither party can consent to release confidential information without the other party's explicit consent in writing.

Responses to Particular Offers. If you have opted to receive special offers or emails from selected sponsors and other third parties, we may provide your email address or a report to our advertiser or sponsor which tells them who responded to a particular offer. For example, if you indicate that you would like your name to be used for job searches by our sponsor firms, we may provide your email address and certain other personally identifiable information regarding your employment and educational background to our sponsors.

Administering the Site and Compliance with Law: ZINO Society may disclose your personally identifiable information if we believe in good faith that we are required to do so in order to comply with applicable law, a subpoena, or other legal process. ZINO Society may also disclose information when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be violating our Terms and Conditions, or to protect the safety of our users, judges, and the public. You may be opt-in or later opt out at anytime from receiving emails from ZINO Society or from having your personally identifiable information shared in any fashion with selected partners or employers. If you wish to do so send an email to Info@zinosociety.com with the phrase {"remove"} in the subject line. We will not disclose your personally identifiable information or send you emails or other offers or promotions. However, ZINO Society may continue to use your personally identifiable information for internal purposes, to enhance your user experience or as necessary to administer the site or comply with applicable law.

What happens when I go to linked sites?

When you are on ZINOSociety.com, you may be directed to other sites that are beyond our control. For example, if you "click" on a sponsor's logo, the "click" may take you off the ZINO Society Site. ZINO Society is not responsible for any use of the information including click-stream data that you may create when using such 3rd party sites.

How are cookies used by ZINO Society?

ZINO Society assigns a random number to each user for anonymously tracking traffic patterns. This random number is kept in a file on your computer called a "cookie." Cookies allow ZINO Society to keep track of how often users are using specific areas of our Site - or simply how many times a user is visiting our Site each month.
